Working Hours at Russell McVeagh

Relatively flexible - but sometimes the work just needs to be done.

I'm pretty happy with the hours I am working, do feel a bit stressed when need to leave at a certain time for something as need to have had all stuff done before.

I try to follow standard work hours as much as possible - eg 8:30-5 - because this works best around my life. I have not yet tried to work different hours, but I expect it would be okay to do so.

Fairly flexible. I haven't really tried to adjust my work hours for any reason yet.

My team specifically prefers working from office (not WFH) in standard hours, but other teams are more flexible. I'm able to take time for an appointment occasionally.

I haven't had to work over time too much and am able to leave early for other commitments. I know that I will be expected to stay later as I become more experienced/valuable to the firm.

My team is flexible - as long as there is no specific need to be in the office in person we are allowed to work from home whenever we want (as long as it isn't more often than not).
