Very fair!

Pay at the start is always lower; as time goes on, I'm looking forward to being reimbursed for my work at a higher rate.

I think paid well for a starting position.

I think it's nice that while we are learning we are all paid the same.

I'm not sure whether graduates receive a bonus, but I know bonuses are based on our high performance framework from Group 1 onward.

Very competitive in the market, but the cost of living means that a strong salary is not as strong anymore.

I think they are competitive for an entry level position.
