Super supportive, really engaged, lots of fun.

Overall, quite friendly. There is a bit of a hierarchy, but everyone is still quite helpful and receptive to questions.

The company's culture is generally good - there is a high standard of excellence in our work and people generally interact in a very professional manner. There's co-operation between team members and across teams, but it can be quite isolating if you are not involved as you don't interact with those people otherwise. Work is handed down the hierarchy and will generally be handed back up before it goes out. After-hours culture tends to be quite controlled in the sense that things are still work-appropriate and there isn't pressure to participate unless you want to.

The culture has been great. Plenty to get involved in and my team especially has many opportunities each week to build relationships such as at training or daily quiz.

I work in a very collaborative team that is not hierarchical except for delegating work, very supportive culture and a good level of social events provided by the firm and my team.

Open plan office is awesome! The hierarchy exists but in a necessary way for delegation and workflow, I don't feel disrespected or at the "bottom of the pile". My team in particular works very collaboratively, it's a constant learning experience which I really enjoy and value.

Everyone is very friendly, there are lots of fun events, there is always a responsible host in situations with alcohol you feel as though you are a valued and necessary part of the team.
