Graduate Program

Our graduate program is built around our core practice groups and during the 12-month program you will undergo a comprehensive and structured training experience to provide you with a solid foundation in various practice areas. 

Key features of our program include:

Rotational opportunities: you will have the unique opportunity to  undertake up to five rotations across different practice areas within the firm. This rotational structure will allow you to gain exposure to diverse legal disciplines, ensuring a well-rounded understanding of the firms legal offering.

Mentorship and guidance: throughout the program, you will work with experienced lawyers who will provide invaluable guidance and support. Our lawyers are passionate about fostering talent and are dedicated to helping you succeed.

Professional development: we are committed to your professional growth. In addition to the hands-on experience gained through rotations, you will have access to a wide range of professional opportunities, including workshops, seminars, and networking events.

Challenging assignments: as a member of our law graduate program, you will work on stimulating and intellectually challenging assignments that will enhance your legal skills. You will be involved in real client matters, contributing to our firm's success, and building your own legal network.

Trial by Podcast: spearhead the Trial by Podcast series. Delve into the fascinating areas of law we do not commonly think of before scripting and recording episodes for our audience of law students, graduates, industry professionals and business owners.

Our program is designed to give you exposure to a broad range of skills and experiences in the law. At the end of the program, a placement in your preferred area of practice may be accommodated based on availability within the firm, following successful completion of your legal qualifications.

During each rotation you will meet regularly with your assigned supervisor, and you will also have the support of a buddy. At the end of each rotation, you will meet with your supervisor and HR for a formal review, which provides an opportunity to discuss your experiences and progress as you go through the program.
