Recruitment Process

Candidates can expect a recruitment process that usually includes three in-person interviews, one hour each in length, with HR, Principals, and Senior Lawyers. Candidates will include their CV, cover letter, academic transcript, and ID when applying for a role at McCabes. We do not typically screen candidates via phone call, nor do we require aptitude tests or talent trials.
