Your role

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients and manage diaries.
• Draft correspondence and court documents.
• Handle monthly billings and file reviews.
• Prepare and send correspondence via scanning and emailing.

About you

Qualifications

• Full-time availability and some litigation experience.
• Strong MS Office skills and client service focus.
• Experience with LEAP software (essential).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to build strong relationships and work in a fast-paced environment.
• A friendly, team-oriented nature.
• Proficiency in another language (preferable but not essential).
